Julie Maeda has called Colorado home since 2006 and has been in the real estate industry since 2008. She has had the privilege to work with hundreds of clients. Julie is an expert in estate/probate property liquidation, distressed sales and short sales. Julie prides herself on building long-lasting relationships with her clientele and continuously advocates for her clients. Her knowledge of the real estate market, attention to detail, negotiation skills and compassion for her clients sets her apart and has helped her earn award-winning recognition among her peers. Her passion for helping others and her love of real estate makes her a great fit for helping clients navigate through what is oftentimes, difficult and emotional transactions. She works alongside many law firms, Sellers and Buyers. Her ability to make the selling process a stress-free experience for all parties involved has made her the preferred real estate agent for many law firms. Seeing the need for a team of experts for every piece of the transaction, Julie formed a team of highly skilled agents in 2018 to ensure that every detail is managed from start to finish.

Robert has more than twenty years of commercial litigation experience, including nearly a decade as an attorney with two of the premier commercial litigation firms in the United States. As an attorney, Robert has represented both individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of administrative and commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. While in Colorado, Robert has practiced primarily in the area of real estate, assisting residential and commercial real estate clients and brokers in all manner of transactions, disputes, and administrative proceedings. Robert, originally from Washington, D.C., is married to Dr. Mana Amir and enjoys snowboarding with his daughter, Leila.
